FREQUENTLY ASKED
Answers to your common questions.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment online at a time that suits you, or give our friendly team a call. We’ll help you find the right appointment for your pet.
What should I bring to my pet’s first visit?
Bring any previous vaccination and medical records, a list of the medications or supplements your pet takes, and your pet on a lead or in a secure carrier.
How often should my pet see a vet?
Most pets benefit from a check-up at least once a year. Puppies, kittens, senior pets and pets with ongoing conditions may need to visit more often — we’ll recommend a schedule that suits your pet.
Does my pet need to be vaccinated?
Vaccinations protect your pet against serious, preventable diseases. We’ll recommend the right vaccinations for your pet’s age, lifestyle and health.
What if my pet needs urgent care?
If your pet is unwell or injured, call us straight away and our team will advise you on the next steps. Outside our opening hours, contact your nearest after-hours emergency vet.

We help them
because they're family.
From their first visit to their golden years, we're here to help your pet live a healthier, happier life.
