This website is run by North Balwyn Village Vets (“we”, “us”, “our”), a veterinary clinic at 247 Doncaster Rd, Balwyn North VIC 3104, Australia. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms apply to the website only. The care we give your pet at the clinic is covered by what we agree with you at the time.

The information on this website is general. It is not a substitute for an examination by a veterinarian, and it does not diagnose your pet or tell you how to treat it.

If your pet is unwell or injured, call us on 03 7079 6777 straight away. Outside our opening hours, contact your nearest after-hours emergency vet. You can find more on our Emergency page.

Please do not use the contact form for urgent matters, because messages sent through the website may not be read straight away.

You can request an appointment online through Vetstoria, a booking service we use. When you book, you are using Vetstoria’s service as well as this website, and Vetstoria’s own terms and privacy policy apply to it.

Please give accurate details about yourself and your pet. A booking is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from us or from the booking service. We may need to contact you to change or reschedule an appointment.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please tell us as early as you can so that we can offer the time to another pet.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm it or other people. You must not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or other people’s information
• introduce viruses or other harmful code
• overload or disrupt the website, or use automated tools to copy it in bulk
• send us false, misleading or abusive messages, or pretend to be someone else

The website links to, and uses, services run by other people, such as Vetstoria for online booking and Google Maps for our location. We do not control these services or the sites they link to, and we are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The text, photographs, logo, graphics and design of this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view the website and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish or sell any part of the website without our written permission.

We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that everything on it is complete or current. Services, opening hours and team details can change, so please contact us to confirm anything that matters to you.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
