General Veterinary Care
From routine health checks to investigating changes in your pet's behaviour or wellbeing, our veterinary team provides thoughtful, personalised care for dogs and cats.
Whether your pet is visiting for their first check-up or needs ongoing support, we take the time to understand what they need and explain every step clearly.

Care that's tailored to your pet
Every pet is different. Our consultations give you the opportunity to discuss your pet's health, lifestyle and any concerns you may have with one of our veterinarians.
During an appointment, we may assess:
- Overall health and physical condition
- Weight and body condition
- Heart, lungs and circulation
- Eyes, ears, teeth and gums
- Skin and coat
- Mobility and joints
- Diet and nutrition
- Behaviour and lifestyle
- Vaccination and preventative care needs
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Every pet deserves
to be treated as an individual.
Compassion first
We want every visit to feel calm, respectful and comfortable for your pet.
Care that's considered
We look beyond the immediate problem to understand your pet's overall health.
Clear communication
We keep you informed and explain your options in straightforward language.
Here for the long term
We're here to support your pet throughout their changing needs and different stages of life.
A calm, unhurried visit
A trip to the vet can feel unfamiliar for pets, and that can make them anxious. We aim to keep every appointment calm and unhurried, with time to talk through your pet’s history, answer your questions and explain what we find. It helps if you bring your pet’s vaccination records, any medications they take and a short note of what you have noticed at home, so that we can build the full picture.

When should I bring my pet in?
Most healthy adult pets benefit from a check-up at least once a year, while puppies, kittens, senior pets and pets with ongoing conditions may need to visit more often. Book a visit if you notice changes in your pet’s appetite or thirst, weight, energy, toileting, behaviour, mobility, skin, ears or eyes, or anything else that doesn’t seem right. If your pet is struggling to breathe, has collapsed or is seriously injured, call us straight away.
